There were many rock formations at the submit of the mountain. The forces of nature have actually created unusual craters and ponds. The incessent pounding of the rain and the extreme cold has actually wore out the rocks. It gives the plain rock face more character. The rock face looks some what like the face of the moon at some angle. The foot step made by incredible hulk!
After our descend from the summit of stone mountain. We went to the park at the foot of the mountain to have a look see. It was too bad that the park and its attraction were closed by the time we reached there. But we took the chance to take some photos of the place and its unique buildings. There is a small workshop where a glass blower is working. He was heating the melted glass and blowing it into shape. It takes a lot of skill to be able to blow something that hot into a shape that you want.
There seems to be something with water and fire in this park. Because there are like this water wheel and also a fire engine on display. We didn't get to join the tour and so we can only guess why this stuff is on display. Anyway, it is kind of neat! That is the oldest fire engine in Georgia!
